If you’re hitting midlife and still crushing it in the gym (or want to start), we’ve got the workshop for you. Allison Poole is going to be joining us to discuss how your hormones, nutrition, and pelvic health come into play when lifting into your 40’s and beyond.
Whether you’ve noticed some changes in recovery, energy, or strength—or just want to make sure you’re doing everything you can to keep crushing it safely—we’ll cover it all. From adjusting your nutrition to fuel your lifts, to techniques for protecting your pelvic floor (yup, we’re going there!), and how to manage those hormonal shifts that can make a difference in your gains.
